The Villa:

This one-of-a-kind, 2-story oceanfront with a private beach is a rare gem in the Dominican Republic!

Located in the Super Exclusive Caleton Area in Casa de Campo, Caleton Heaven welcomes you into a grand hallway with a unique, indoor water feature that makes you feel as if you’re gliding effortlessly through the villa and out to the sea front.

The heart of the villa is the spacious, dining area which has a large bar, TV, a central sofa area, and 2 separate dining areas with dining tables. This space has incredible floor-to-ceiling windows which you can open completely for an indoor-outdoor living space. Step out on the terrace and pool deck and marvel at the sea view!

Take a swim in the beautiful infinity pool with and soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs. The terrace also has a covered BBQ and lounge area where you can find shade and relax. A beautiful coral stone staircase takes you from the pool area to the lower level where you’ll find a separate Jacuzzi.

Go downstairs, one more level, and your feet will be in the sand of your private beach where you can Chill on one of the Chaise Lounges and go for a swim!

The villa has 2 kitchens, which include a stunning “show kitchen” with a large island and seating for 5 people, and a fully industrial kitchen in the back. This is where the magic happens and where your private chef will create wonderful meals for you and your Group.

Enjoy movie nights in the comfortable media/TV room or catch up on your favorite sports game. If you’re traveling with kids, this is also a great place for them to hang out.

Add to this your private Gym/Fitness Center close to the Villa Entrance and a 4 Car Garage.

The Bedrooms:

Caleton Heaven has 12 bedrooms, including 3 primary suites with ocean views.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): The 2nd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning,TV, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs): The 3rd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 (upstairs): each have 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, TV,, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 (downstairs): each have 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, TV, and ensuite bathroom.

A few of the bedrooms also have an outdoor shower.

Villa Staff:

Chef: Your private chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (food and beverages are not included).

Butler: The Bilingual Butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. Bartender, will mix and serve your favorite cocktails, wine, etc. (beverages are not included)

Housekeepers: 4 housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.

The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
